Made with the same mixture and seasoning as the chorizo, based on garlic and La Vera paprika, the Iberian morcón is made with the thickest part of the casing, hence its great thickness and extended curing process.
Perfect for tapas and dishes accompanied by a good wine or beer.
It comes vacuum packed for better conservation (it is recommended to open the container at least 30 minutes before consumption).
