Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you will receive the same products as shown in images. However there may be cases that some products are not packed like shown in the images.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once you have completed your order, you will receice you sale receipt in the email you inserted during the ordering process. You can also download it from you personal account when you register.
Have the prices published on the website, VAT included?
Yes, all the prices are expressed with VAT included.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, once we run out of stock, we will do our best to restock the item.
What happens if I did not receive my order?
It is extremely rare that the order do not reaches its destination. However, if it is the case, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a suitable solution for you.
