Iberico Ham Bellota – Black Label

100% Iberian ham from pigs fed in freedom in the Dehesas of Extremadura.

When the cold months of the year arrive, the precious acorns of holm oaks and cork oaks fall, a wild and highly nutritious product that makes the pigs gain more than a third of their total weight and gives the final product unparalleled organoleptic qualities.

Iberico de bellota ham is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, rich and healthy fats that make this delicacy unique.

Traditional salting process (approximately one day per kilogram of the fresh piece), cured in a natural dryer with mechanical windows and refined in a cellar at a controlled temperature; all this carried out in the heart of the meadows of southern Extremadura (Jerez de los Caballeros), a product of km 0.

Product of Extremadura under the Iberian Quality Standard RD 4/214 (black label).

It comes in a custom box with a handle for easy transport, wrapped in insulation and covered in cotton mesh.
